Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.140 2.5 gallons
9 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs 005 500ml starter used
Log: 1 oz Amarillo dry hopped in secondary
Carbonation: 3/4 cup priming sugar
Tasting: Twelve days in the bottle low carb,has a good nose,sharp bitterness
floral notes, citrus highlights will improve with age.
