Water: Purified water with 1 tsp. gypsum
Grain: 1 lb. American victory
8 oz. American chocolate
12 oz. Light Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked barley
8 oz. American crystal 120L
Steep: Steep at 152 for 30 minutes. Sparge with 3/4 gallon purified water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.096 3 gallons
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
4 oz. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Irish Moss at 15 minutes
Hops: .6 oz. Columbus (12.2% AA, 60 min.)
.4 oz. Columbus (12.2% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.6% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: White Labs American Ale V
