Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp gypsum
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. American victory
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash in at 145. Hold at 140 for 45 min.
Add .75-1 gal of 170 water. Hold at 155 for 30 min
Mash out at 167 for 10 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.132 2.25 gallons
5.5 lb. Light malt extract
1 tsp. Irish moss last 5 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Glacier (5.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Perle (7.7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
