Airacobra Lager

I brew something like this alot for a starter for the yeast,then repitch the slurry on a bigger beer or something to reuse the yeast.
The main thing is (for me is to reuse the yeast), but these are great
beers. I love CaraRed, so my "starers amost always have some CaraRed
as the main crystal malt-lagers or ales / thanks Weyermann.

Water: Used one gal. distilled water and tap. My tap is good beer water.
Grain: 5 lb. American 2-row
4 oz. German wheat malt (Weyer)
8 oz. Belgian aromatic
4 oz. Spec. Roast
8 oz. German CaraRed
Mash: 85% efficiency

152' 25 mins/
156' 50 mins/
170 out 5 mins

Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.043 4.75 gallons
1/2 tsp.moss 15 mins.
1/2 tsp. WL yeast nutrients 10 mins.
Hops: .25 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager (my fav. lager yeast) Act. no starter

Log: Ferm. @ 50' 3 weeks
2 week drop after rack to 30'
2 weeks at 30'

Carbonation: Prime bottles w/corn sugar 1 tsp. per 16 oz.
Tasting: Clean/malty
