Steep: Steep at 154* for 30 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.062 3 gallons
8 oz. Brown sugar
2 lb. 14 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp gypsum
1 tsp Irish Moss at 15 minutes
Hops: .75 oz. Challenger (6.9% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: White Labs 002 English Ale
Carbonation: Carbonate with the leftover 2 oz malt extract.
