I needed a beer for a birthday party for a group of Brewers and Vintners they are most seasoned and critics they help with input
for future brewing recipes

Beer: Tiger Blonde Style: American Pale Ale
Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
7 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 32 IBU
OG: 1.077 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 8.9% v/v (7.0% w/w)
Water: I used water from my well. It is low in disolved solids in it
and has always worked fine for me
Grain: 9 lb. British pale
8 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
3 lb. Flaked rice
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash @ 156 ° for 60 min
then Sparg @ 170 °
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.064 6 gallons
1 ts Irish Moss the last 15 Min of the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Safal-56 rehydrated
Log: Primary fermenter 5 days @ 65 °
Secondary Fermenter 15 Days @ 65 °
dry hoped 1 oz cascade last 5 days in secondary
Carbonation: I forced Carbonation in a corny keg
Tasting: The Beer went off like gang busters everyone raved over it
glad I kept good records so I can make this one again
