Mashed grains 1 hour at 154°F. Sparged at 170° F. 90 minute sparge.

Yield 6.5 gallons to brew pot.
Boil: minutes SG 1.042 6.5 gallons
1 oz williamett for 90 min.
.5 0z williamette for 20 min
.5 oz williamette wit burner off.
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (4.6% AA, 60 min.)
