Modeled this after some Negra Modelo clone recipes I've seen.

Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 6 lb. American Pale
3 lb. American Vienna
2 lb. American Munich
.5 lb. American victory
.5 lb. American crystal 60L
4 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 70% efficiency
single infusion mash @ 152 to 154*F for one hour. Batch Sparge to get 7.5 gallons wort.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7.5 gallons
.5 lb. Honey
Add the half pound of honey last 15-20 minutes of the boil. Irish moss if you so desire last 15 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Mexican Lager, or San Francisco Lager cause that is what I have on hand.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 5.60 oz. for 6 gallons @ 68°F
