Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: 13 lb. American 2-row
6 lb. American crystal 75L
Mash: 85% efficiency
Single infusion mash. Missed mash-out temp. Halfway through the sparge, I stirred and reset the filter bed. Drives the efficiency up.
Boil: minutes SG 1.047 12.4 gallons
Added Irish Moss for last five minutes.
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Cal Ale yeast.
Tasting: This was good. Next time I'll make it a little less hoppy and a little more nutty.
