0.25 lb. Roasted barley
Steep: Steep grains at 155° for 90 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.184 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Amber malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Wheat extract
Irish Moss added during final 10 minutes boil.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Target (12% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. N. Brewer/Perle (German) (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
