Went looking for a Jubelale clone...found this. It should be close!

Type: Partial mash Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
73 HCU (~28 SRM)
Bitterness: 35 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 7.1% v/v (5.6% w/w)
Water: gypsum
Grain: 3 lb. British pale
1 lb. American crystal 90L
3.5 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. 8 oz. British crystal 135-165L
1.5 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 80% efficiency
133F Hold for 30 minutes
Add 1 Gallon of 150F water. Raise temp to 145-150F for 45 minutes.
Raise to 167F to complete conversion.
Sparge with 1.25 Gallons of boiling water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.111 3.25 gallons
5 lb. 4 oz. Light malt extract
1/2 t. Irish Moss Powder last 5 minutes
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Dry English Yeast
Log: Dry Hop with 1 oz. Goldings and .5 oz. Cascade
