"The Nookie" Pale Ale

The beer is named for the ChiNOOK Hops,
I came up with "The Nookie. It's catchy.

Water: Boiled Grand Rapids tap water.
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 40L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 80% efficiency
Single infused at 154 degrees/ sparged at 170 degrees
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.097 3 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
Irish Moss added at 15 min
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: Munton's Yeast packet (Starter used)
