.33 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.)

Yeast: Rehydrate Nottingham Ale in 1/3 cup of 90 deg wort, per instructions on their website.
Log: Boiled wort for 40+ min, added aroma hops as wort cooled in ice bath to 110 deg. Boiled down to about 3/4 gal so added 1.5 gal ice cold water to get 2.25 gal at 65 deg in fermentor. Pitch yeast and store in cool place.

Corn syrup solids and Saaz were left overs! So I saved LME for my Black Lager, coming next!!
