Water: Acidified. Gypsum and calcium chloride added to mash water.
Grain: 4 lb. American 2-row
4 lb. British pale
1 lb. Belgian aromatic
2 oz. Belgian Special B
Mash: 65% efficiency
154°F, 45 minutes.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.034 6.5 gallons
Irish moss at T-15 minutes.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9% AA, 20 min.)
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9% AA, 10 min.)
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.9% AA, 0 min.)
Yeast: Safale US-56. This should really have a more interesting British yeast, but it was an impromptu brew session.
Carbonation: Mild carbonation.
