This is a light colored, light body steam lager.

Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: American River tap water, Northern California.
Grain: 1.51 lb. American Vienna
0.75 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
0.75 lb. Flaked oats
Steep: Mix grains and steep in grain bag for 30 minutes at 165°. Rinse, drain, and press.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 11 gallons
7.53 lb. Light malt extract
1.51 lb. Brown sugar
0.75 lb. Cane sugar
0.75 lb. Corn sugar
4 oz. dextrine for 60 minutes, Irish moss for 15 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast.
Attenuation: 65-70%
Flocculation: High
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 58-65°F
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High
Log: Primary for 7 days at 65° and secondary for 14 days with 1 oz. Hallertauer dryhops. Cellar for 2-3 months at 35-45°
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Keg: 11.2 psi @ 40°F
