0.50 oz. Fuggles (4.00% AA, 30 min.)
0.50 oz. Fuggles (4.00% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1318 London Ale III, used Starter
Log: 30 grams of toasted oak powder added to primary. Primary: 1 Week @ 68F Rack to keg after 1 week with 1 cup corn sugar 66F for 1 week
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 5.6 psi @ 37°F
Tasting: Amazing, slight hint of Vanilla from Oak
