Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Grain: 2 lb. Belgian Pilsner
.5 lb. Flaked oats
.5 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash all of the grains in 4.5 quarts @ 150° for 60 min. Sparge with 6.5 quarts @ 170°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.067 3.5 gallons
1 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Wheat extract
2 lb. Honey
Add water to boil to top up to 3.5 gal.
Hops at 50min.
Corander, Orange peel and Grains of paradice at 40min.
Irish Moss at 10min.
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 50 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.55 oz. for 5 gallons @ 65°F
