18 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: reverse osmosis water
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. German Vienna
1 lb. German Munich
8 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. American crystal 90L
8 oz. Rolled oats
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mini Mash @ 152 Deg F for 60 min. 1.5 Qts/Lb
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6.25 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP 810 San Fran Lager or WLP 060 American Ale Blend, or your favorite. Unfortunately, I don't have temp control to do any thing other than steam beer or ale yeasts.

Bottle and age 4 weeks minimum
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.67 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
