I was looking for something along the lines of a Moose Drool. Needs more malt taste and less hops. Not nearly nutty enough.

2 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. American crystal 20L
2 lb. American crystal 60L
2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
3 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 72% efficiency
Single infusion. Hit 154 degrees first try.
Boil: minutes SG 1.045 12 gallons
Added some irish moss at the end.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Ale Blend
Tasting: Hoppy. Like an IPA. The color's nice.
