Water: FiveStar 5.2 and campdem in all brewing water.
Grain: 14 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 40L
1 lb. American crystal 60L
1 lb. American chocolate
8 oz. Flaked oats
1 lb. Special Roast 50L
Mash: 77% efficiency
Recirc at 151F for 60 minutes.
Ramp to 170F for mash out.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 11.5 gallons
Hops: 3 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham
