2 lb. German Munich
1 lb. 8 oz. American crystal 120L
4 oz. American black patent
8 oz. British chocolate
12 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 70% efficiency
mashed in @ 152° for 60 Minutes sparged @ 170°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.077 7.0 gallons
Irish mos @ 15 minutes to go
Hops: 1.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast
Clean, highly flocculent, and highly attenuative yeast. This yeast is similar to WLP002 in flavor profile, but is 10% more attenuative. This eliminates the residual sweetness, and makes the yeast well suited for high gravity ales. It is also reaches terminal gravity quickly. 80% attenuation will be reached even with 10% ABV beers.

Optimum fermentation temperature: 65-70°F
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High
Log: Cold Brewed 2oz. of ground Kona coffee in 8oz of cold water for 2 days.
