Kad-Lee Fall Feast

First attempt to make a light Winter Ale. Update to follow. Prost!

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
15 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 34 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: In-line refrigerator water filter (Wal-Mart)
Grain: 5 lb. American 2-row
5 lb. American 6-row
2 lb. German Munich
2 lb. American crystal 20L
1 lb. Flaked rye
Mash: 60% efficiency
Sparge at 158 F for 2 hours
Boil: minutes SG 1.050 6.5 gallons
.5 oz Irish Moss
1 packet of unflavored gelatin

Add Irish Moss and flavoring hops at last 15 minutes of boil
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1007 German Alt
Carbonation: CO2 15-18 psi for 24 - 36 hours
