1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
4 oz. Belgian Special B
1 lb. Flaked barley
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashin at 150 for 60 Minutes. Sparge with 170
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.054 7.0 gallons
Irish Moss @ 15 to go in the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 60 min.)
1.25 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 3 min.)
1.0 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 3 min.)

Yeast: WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
A popular ale yeast from the Pacific Northwest. The yeast will clear from the beer well, and leave a malty profile. More fruity than WLP002, English Ale Yeast. Good yeast for English style ales including milds, bitters, IPA, porters, and English style stouts.

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 65-68°F
