Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 7.5 gallons

1/2 Whirlfloc at 15 minutes
Hops: .75 oz. Tettnanger (4.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.2% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: WL-530- Belgian Abbey
