Bumble Bee Brown

This should be a lower alcohol brown that is good for sessioning and also for the hot summer days if you feel like something more substancial than a regular light colored beer.

64 HCU (~26 SRM)
Bitterness: 28 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Water: Use good, old fashion tap water.
Grain: 13 lb. British pale
4 lb. American crystal 90L
8 oz. British chocolate
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single infusion at 155° for 1 hour.
Sparge at 170°.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 12 gallons
1 lb. Brown sugar
Irish moss at 15 minutes.
Brown sugar at 5 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 40 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: English Ale yeast, I think it is WL008?
Log: I wish to try this recipe with .5 oz of fuggles to dry hop in secondary as well.
