Boil: minutes SG 1.053 12 gallons
Dry hop with 1oz of fuggles. Add aroma hops to fermenter
Hops: 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: WYeast London ESB ale yeast.
Carbonation: Prime with 9oz DME. Bottle condition for a week.
Tasting: awesome
