Boil: 80 minutes SG 1.218 1 gallons
3 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Light dry malt extract
1st 20 min, add extracts. then go straight to hops
Hops: 1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: nottingham & yellow star
Log: add 1 4oz bottle strawberry kiwi flavoring to the 2ndary ferm.
