Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons

4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: SanStar 5.2 and crushed campdem in all brewing water.
Grain: 6 lb. Belgian Pilsner
0.5 lb. Rolled oats
5 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 65% efficiency
Recirc at 152F for 1 hour, then step up to 170F for mashout.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6.5 gallons
.25 oz. Crushed Corriander
.25 oz. Bitter Orange Peel
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WYEAST #3944 Belgian Witbier
