Ginger Bread Ale

Beer: Ginger Bread Ale Style: American Amber Ale
Type: Extract Size: 19 liters
Color:
12 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.039 FG: 1.004
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Reverse Osmosis Water
Boil: 60 min minutes SG 1.039 19 liters
1.9kg Amber malt extract
.5kg Corn sugar
Use Irish moss if you are worried about clearing.
Hops: 10g Brewers Gold (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
10g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Powdered Ale Yeast
Carbonation: Natural bottle conditioned
Tasting: I was inspired to make this recipe from a brewers conference I attended and Radical Brewing by Randy Mosher!!!! I will let you know how it tastes in a few weeks.
