Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: Tap Water
Grain: 1 lb. Belgian Munich
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: Almost boil water, take off heat add Grains in muslin bag. let sit for 30 min. Hit with heat again then take off heat. Let sit for 30 min more. Remove grain bags and pour 4 cups just boiled water through the bags over wort.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.082 3.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
6 oz. Corn sugar
1 teaspoon Irish moss at 45 min
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Muntons Gold Dry
Carbonation: Kegging.
