Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 5 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Tap water.
Grain: 1.5 lb. Wheat malt
1.5 lb. German Vienna
Steep: Add grains to 2 gallons of cold water and raise temp to 150°. Let grains steep for 45 minutes at that temp.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.096 2.5 gallons
5.25 lb. Wheat DME
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (2.1% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3068
