10 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. American crystal 20L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash for 75 min. @ 154 F, Increase to 165 F for final 15 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.046 13 gallons
Hops: 1.50 oz. Centennial (10.3% AA, 90 min.)
1.25 oz. Cascade (7.8% AA, 45 min.)
2.0 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Split Batch into two fives. Used American Wheat, Wyeast 1010, and German Wheat, Wyeast 3333 for different flavor profiles. Use blow off tube for American variety. It is very active!
