1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (10% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP500 Monastery Ale Yeast (Previously known as Trappist Ale Yeast)
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 2.75 oz. for 4.5 gallons @ 20°C
