Water: 2 TBS gypsum in mash, 1TBS gypsum in sparge water
Grain: 12 lb. American 2-row
3 oz. Acidulated malt
12 oz. Carahell 10L
5 oz. American crystal 60L
6 oz. Flaked wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
145° for 75 min
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.052 8.0 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
Add corn sugar just before flame out.
Hops: 1 oz. Columbus (15.0% AA, 75 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (9.3% AA, 5 min.)
3 oz. Columbus (15.0% AA, 5 min.)
4 oz. Simcoe (13.0% AA, 5 min.)
4 oz. Columbus (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05
Log: Add 4 oz Columbus dry hop once primary fermentation is complete
