Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 16 oz. Weyermann Carafa III Special
8 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
Steep: In 1.5 gal water steep at 150 f for 30 min
Rinse with 0.5 gal 150 f water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
60 min boil after break
add 1/2 of the LME at start of boil and remaining with 15 min left
add 2 oz of Malt-Dextrin with 15 min left in boil
Add 1 tsp Irish moss with 15 min left in boil
4 gal left after the boil
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (7.6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Citra (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1335 British Ale 2 and Whites WLP051 California ale 5- slow start
with Wyeast

Log: Dry hop after 1 week in primary with 2 oz. Citra for 1 week in primary.
Carbonation: bottled after 2 weeks in primary with 5 oz corn sugar using 52-12oz btls
