Water: Tap water treated with Campden to dechlorinate, added 1 teaspoon calcium chloride for mash, 1 teaspoon calcium chloride for sparge.

8 oz. German Cara-Hell 10L
8 oz. American crystal 40L
12 oz. Rolled oats
Mash: 80% efficiency
155° for 60 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 7.5 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Magnum (12% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Mosaic (12.4% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Mosaic (12.4% AA, 1 min.)
4 oz. Summer (5.3% AA, 1 min.)
2 oz. Galaxy (10.5% AA, 1 min.)
2 oz. Galaxy (aroma)
2 oz. Citra (aroma)
