Yeast: Danstar Nottingham Ale Dry Yeast: Low concentrations of fruity and estery aromas, neutral for an ale yeast, allowing the full natural flavor of malt to develop. Good tolerance to low fermentation temperatures allow this strain to brew lager-style beer
