Water: 100% well water, no treatments.
Grain: 11 lb. 5 oz. American 2-row
0.5 lb. Belgian biscuit
0.5 lb. American crystal 20L
Mash: 66% efficiency
Single infusion mash, start temp of 154*F and allowed to drift down to around 149*F after 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7 gallons
1/2 Whirlfloc tablet, 1/2 tsp. yeast nutrient.
Hops: .6 oz. Columbus (12.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 0 min.)
1.5 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056, no starter.
