Water: Tapwater w/ 1 Tbs gypsum
Grain: 11 lb. American 2-row
6 oz. Belgian aromatic
11 oz. Belgian CaraPils
6 oz. German Cara-Hell
5 oz. Gambrinus Honey Malt
Mash: 75% efficiency
153° for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 7.5 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
1 teaspoon rehydrated Irishmoss last 15 minutes.

Zest and juice of five blood oranges added last five minutes along with hops and dextrose.
Hops: 1 oz. Galaxy (14.1% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Kohatu (8.1% AA, 5 min.)
2 oz. Lemon Drop (4.4% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Galaxy (aroma)
1 oz. Kohatu (aroma)
2 oz. Lemon Drop (aroma)
1 oz. Citra (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05
