Strike Water Volume: 5.0 Gallons (1.25 Quarts/Pound)
Grain Mass: 16 Pounds
Grain Temperature: 63°
Temperature to heat strike water to: 168.0
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.071 7 gallons
2 lb. Honey (Clover)
Add (Stir In) the 2 pounds of Clover Honey at Flame Out.
1 tablet Whirlfloc (Irish Moss) at 20 Minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Glacier (6.5% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Vanguard (6% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 5 min.)
3 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: 2 Packages of Safale US-05
Log: Dry Hops:
- 3 oz Simcoe
- 1 oz Amarillo
Add to Secondary Fermenter one to two weeks before bottling
Carbonation: 5 oz Corn Sugar
