Alcohol: 7.3% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Water: Tap water for the mash, RO water for the pour-over BIAB "sparge."
Grain: 12 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. German Munich
2 lb. American crystal 10L
Mash: 65% efficiency
Single infusion mash, 152*F for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.059 6.5 gallons
1/2 Whirlfloc tablet added 15 minutes before flameout, 1/2 tsp yeast nutrients added 5 minutes before flameout.
The "aroma" hops are added once the wort has cooled to 150*F.
Hops: .25 oz. Chinook (12.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (12.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (13.7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (8.8% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (12.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (13.7% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Citra (12.8% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 5 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (8.8% AA, 5 min.)

Yeast: WLP007, 1 quart starter.
Log: Dry hop with one ounce apiece of cascade, centennial, citra and columbus for 6 days.
