Steep: In 1.5 gal steep at 150 F for 30 min
Rinse with .5 gal water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.072 4 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
60 min. boil after break
add 1/2 of LME at start of boil and remaining when 15 min. left
add 2oz Malt-Dextrin with 15 min left in boil
Irish moss at 15 min. left
4 Gal. left after boil
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (9.5% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Centennial (9.5% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Log: Dry hop with 0.5 oz Centenial hops in small sock in carboy for all of secondary fermentation
