Wicked Stepmother Stawberry Blonde

I smashed 4lbs of ripe strawberries in a pan and heated to a boil then added 1.0 lb of honey and 2 tbls of vanilla extract. I added this to the boil in the last 20 min

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 6 gallons
Color:
5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.042 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 4.4% v/v (3.4% w/w)
Water: watermill express RO water
Grain: 1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: steeped the cara pills in a bag for 2 hours after bringing it to 160 degs F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 6.5 gallons
5 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Honey
4 lb. Strawberrys
I used Irish moss in the last 10 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: had some old Pacman yeast but it did not get started in the starter so last min I added Nottingham dry yeast until the starter was raging then pitched in to the 80 deg wort
