1.25 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1.25 lb. British Carastan
Mash: 73% efficiency
152 F degree 1 hour, Mashout 165 F degrees for 10 minutes. Steep flame out hops 10 minutes before chilling. Pitch CA WLP001 at 68 F degrees and allow to rise to 70-72 F degrees. When fermentation complete dry hop for seven days
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.057 7 gallons
