4 oz. American victory
4 oz. Belgian biscuit
2 oz. Nocturnal
4 oz. Belgian Special B
Mash: 75% efficiency
mash all room temp. grain at 150° 3 gallons 180° (temp should settle at about 150°) water slowly added to the bed. constant re-circulation of runoff for 1 hour. (or until iodine test shows no starch. collect runoff in a separate kettle. sparge grain bed with 2 gals. 180° water for 20 min. 4 gallons wort for boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.063 4 gallons
Irish moss last 10 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: muntons dry ale yeast.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.47 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
