155° for 60 minutes, mash out at 160°, Sparge with 165° water until 7.5 gallons are in brew pot
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.049 7.5 gallons
24 oz. Molasses
Add molasses at flameout
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.0% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1450 Denny's Favorite
