Wanted a robust porter for those cold winter nights but had some trub left from my last Belgian triple using Wyeast 3864 so here goes

4 oz. British chocolate
6 oz. Oats (raw)
Steep: Steep all grains 140 degrees for 1 hr then sparge with 160 degree
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.155 2 gallons
1 lb. Light malt extract
6 lb. Amber malt extract
1 tsp black peppercorn
1/2 tsp irish moss last 15 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3864
