Mash: 66% efficiency
60 @ 154F (started near 158 and corrected with cold water to 152-153 within ten minutes)
1tsp gypsum
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.062 7.2 gallons
3.7 oz. Cane sugar
Hops: .33 oz. Summit (18.5% AA, 90 min.)
.75 oz. Citra (12% AA, 15 min.)
.75 oz. Galaxy (13% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (13% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Simcoe (12% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Citra (12% AA, 5 min.)

Started tasted smooth, but tart Nd bready. Some diacytal. Super clear.
Log: Brewed 10/12/14
I used a brew bag to strain hops by placing the mesh bag in the fermenter and pouring the wort through it. I then pulled the bag out and rang out the hops. First time trying this.
