Alcohol: 4.0% v/v (3.1% w/w)
Water: Tap in the mash, RO for the sparge.
Grain: 13 lb. American 2-row
6 lb. 13 oz. Marris Otter Malt
2. lb. 8.375 oz. American crystal 15L
Mash: 84% efficiency
152 for 60 minutes, mash out.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.037 19 gallons
Whirlfloc; nutrients.
Hops: 2.0 oz. Citra (10.5% AA, 10 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10% AA, 10 min.)
2.0 oz. Citra (10.5% AA, 5 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10% AA, 5 min.)
2.0 oz. Citra (10.5% AA, 1 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (10% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: US05 rehydrated.
Log: Total of 6 oz Citra dry hops for 7 days. Cold crash with gelatin for one week before dry hopping at room temperature. Cold crash for last 24 hours of dry hopping and rack to kegs.
Carbonation: Force carb to 2.5 volumes.
