Mash: 86% efficiency
Mash at 150*F for 60 minutes, 10 minute mashout at 168*F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.068 15 gallons
Whirfloc tablet added at 15 minutes prior to flameout. Wyeast yeast nutrient added at 5 minutes prior to flameout.
Hops: 1 oz. Warrior (15.6% AA, 60 min.)
0.52 oz. Galena (11.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (14% AA, 15 min.)
